WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A COACHING SESSION

Clients are encouraged to be open and honest in coaching sessions. Sessions are judgment-free zones. All information discussed is 100% confidential. 

Although there is a framework for coaching sessions, you will determine the direction our sessions take and how deep they will go. 

As with life, what you put into the coaching session is what you get out.

Sessions are interactive and may include relaxation techniques or thought prompts. Exercises may be assigned at the end of a session to enhance what was covered.

BOOK A SESSION

Intake Sessions

Intake sessions are for first-time clients or clients not seen in six months or more. These sessions include learning more about you, what brings you to coaching, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. By the end of session one, you will have a path forward to help you reach your goals and a clear understanding of our working relationship. 

Clients typically have exercises to complete after the session to enhance self-awareness.

Follow Up Sessions

In follow-up sessions, we will build on what we established in the previous session. Clients will begin to dive deeper, explore and practice anxiety-management techniques and tools, and make more significant progress.

Coaching Packages

Packages are for committed clients who consistently see the value of working on themselves. These cost-effective packages allow us to plan strategically and link your here-and-now behaviors to your future goals.

CANCELATION POLICY

Twenty-four hours of advanced notice, or you must pay for the session in full.
