ABOUT
I specialize in helping teens and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck understand and shift the patterns beneath their distress.
My work is grounded in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process unresolved experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, negative beliefs, and emotional reactivity. Rather than only managing symptoms, our work focuses on getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck.
In our sessions, we move at your pace in a supportive, collaborative space where you can safely explore your experiences while also building practical tools to feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have worked with over 2,700 clients across 30+ countries. My work often focuses on anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and the internal patterns that quietly shape how you experience yourself and others.
Sessions are held remotely unless you reside in Miami, FL.
APPROACH
My approach to therapy is rooted in the understanding that anxiety, emotional distress, and recurring patterns don’t come from nowhere—they are often shaped by past experiences, learned beliefs, and the ways your nervous system has adapted to protect you.
I primarily use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and integrate unresolved experiences. This allows us to move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin to shift the underlying patterns that contribute to anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and emotional overwhelm.
Our work together is collaborative and paced in a way that feels safe and manageable. Alongside EMDR, I integrate elements of CBT, Narrative, Existential, and Solution-Focused therapy to support both insight and practical change.
Rather than pushing you to “fix” how you feel, we focus on building your capacity to understand, process, and move through your experiences—so that you can feel more grounded, flexible, and in control of your life.
